Coaching has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I realized early on that my gift wasn’t just managing and leading teams—from being a dance team captain to leading teams as a VP in tech, I’ve always been drawn to helping others achieve their best.. Today, I’ve turned that calling into my full-time focus: coaching high-potential leaders and helping them navigate the complexities of the workplace.

A24, a leading entertainment company, partnered with me to develop their high-potential and high-performing leaders. The program began with one leader and expanded to include six employees (and counting) due to its transformative impact.

Challenge

  • Proprietary Frameworks: Leveraged the REF Method and other methodologies to enhance confidence, advocacy, and prioritization.

  • Role-Specific Insights: Addressed unique challenges, such as succession planning, team development, and public speaking, through reflective exercises and targeted role-play.

  • Capstone Session: Each participant concluded with a comprehensive review of progress and tailored recommendations for sustained growth.

Results

  • Company-Wide Impact: The program’s success with the first client led A24 to expand coaching to five additional high-performing employees, embedding leadership development as a core strategy.

  • Leadership Growth: Participants reported increased confidence, alignment with organizational goals, and enhanced executive presence. For example:

    • Two leaders achieved a rare “Exceeds Expectations” rating in their performance review, solidifying their role as a strategic team anchor.
