We start biweekly, then adapt our timing to match your job search phase.
Here's why: during application and networking phases, two weeks gives you time to implement our strategies, apply to targeted roles, and schedule interviews. But when you're in active interview rounds? We might meet weekly for intensive prep and real-time debrief.
Got a final round interview next week? We'll schedule a session right before. Waiting to hear back on multiple offers? We'll time our session for when you need negotiation support.
