WHAT A PARTNER GETS
Your brand becomes part of an experience they already trust.
You are not trying to stop the scroll within their social media feed or appearing as a logo in the background of a single program. You are showing up in a useful, category-exclusive way, with a clear path for interested attendees to continue their engagement with your brand.
5–6 HOURS
Off The Record is a near full-day experience, which means plenty of opportunities for your brand to engage with attendees.
ONE BRAND PER CATEGORY
No competing partner within your category.
OPT-IN FOLLOW-UP
A direct path for interested attendees to stay connected.
WHY IT WORKS
These women buy through trust.
They have the money to act, but not the time to research every excellent service themselves. When someone they trust recommends a strong option, they are ready to act.
At the inaugural Off The Record, my photographer received six direct leads. She did not pitch or present. Attendees saw her work, realized they had been putting off new photos, and knew exactly who to call.

ABOUT ASHLEY
People say yes to Off The Record because they trust the power of my network.
I’m Ashley Rudolph, a former tech VP and sought-after executive coach to directors, VPs, and senior leaders at companies including Airbnb, Meta, Citi, A24, and JLL.
My work is built on deep, candid relationships with clients and event partners. That trust shapes Off The Record: who I invite, what we talk about, and which brands I bring into the experience.
THE RIGHT PARTNERS
Reach your next customers, hires, and advocates.
These women are looking for products, services, and experiences that make their lives easier, better, or more interesting. Some of them are exceptional talent searching for their next big opportunity. Give them something genuinely useful, and they’ll remember your brand. The right brand partner can leave the experience with new customers, referrals, brand advocates, or their next senior hire.

PARTNERSHIP MODELS
Three ways to partner withOff The Record.
Something happens when the right brand is in the right space with the right women. It stops feeling like sponsorship. The right partner becomes a name these women trust and pass along. Here’s how my partnerships work.
01
Founding Partner
Become the brand these women associate with your category, starting at the next event.
- Own one moment that is unmistakably yours: the welcome, what waits at each seat, or a hands-on product experience
- The option to design a branded piece with me, made to fit the event
- A clear next step for the women who want to keep engaging with you
- Sole ownership of your category
- A straight readout afterward: who engaged, who opted in
02
Founding Partner + Audience
The same position, extended to the audience beyond the event.
- Everything in Founding Partner
- A feature in Reframed
- Short-form social, plus a podcast or editorial moment
03
Multi-City Partner
For brands that want to grow with Off The Record as it moves into new cities.
- Everything in Founding Partner + Audience, across two or more cities
- Your category held in every city, not just one
- A presence that carries between events
- First access to new cities and formats as they open
VENUE PARTNER
Have a venue to offer?
I also partner with venues. If you run a professional, design-forward space that seats 20 to 30 at one long table with room for small groups to break off, I want to hear from you.

FAQ
Sponsorship FAQs
- How will we measure results?
- We agree on the goal before the event. Afterward, you’ll get a straight readout on who engaged and who opted in. Depending on the partnership, I can also track direct inquiries, redemptions, content engagement, and follow-up interest. My photographer received six direct attendee leads after the inaugural Off The Record.
- How will my brand show up?
- A Founding Partner owns one distinct moment at the event, a clear follow-up path, and sole ownership of its category. Founding Partner + Audience adds a feature in Reframed and short-form social, plus a podcast or editorial moment. A Multi-City Partner carries both tiers across two or more cities, with its category held in every city and first access to new cities and formats.
- Do partners receive the attendee list?
- No. Attendees choose which relationships continue. Every follow-up path is opt-in, so the leads you receive come from people who have already shown interest.
- Can I partner by providing the venue?
- Yes. Venue Partners are separate from the three brand partnership tiers. I’m looking for professional, design-forward spaces with one long table for 20–30 guests and space for small-group conversations. Select Venue Partner in the inquiry form and tell me about the space, city, capacity, and setup.
- What happens after I submit the form?
- I’ll review your company or venue, the attendee need you can serve, and the partnership path you selected. If there is a fit, I’ll send a clear scope with deliverables, category exclusivity where applicable, pricing, and how we will measure results.
