I went from individual contributor to VP in five years. I didn't just get promoted, I positioned myself for it. I led teams, shaped strategy, and sat at the table where long-term decisions were made.
That experience taught me what actually gets noticed, what gets rewarded, and what gets overlooked, even when the results are stellar.
Today, I work with high-performers who are ready to stop wondering why their work isn't translating into advancement and start understanding what's actually required to move forward.
Maybe you're being told you're doing great work but still getting passed over. Maybe you've been given more responsibility without the title or recognition to match. Maybe you sense that expectations have shifted but no one has shown you how. You don't need more effort. You need clarity on what's actually happening and the tools to communicate your value at the level leadership expects.
The work isn't doing more. It's learning how to make what you're already doing land.
THE FACTS
-
As someone who climbed the leadership ranks from a non-traditional background, I know firsthand how powerful it is to break barriers and achieve the unexpected. I’m a high achiever who now dedicates my work to supporting other high achievers, helping them bring their boldest, wildest dreams to fruition. Seeing others step into their potential and achieve what once felt impossible brings me joy—it’s what keeps me motivated every day.
-
My favorite clients are driven, empathetic, and scrappy. They have big goals and know they’re capable of more—sometimes they just haven’t found the right opportunity to showcase their brilliance yet. Other times, all they need is a little support to find a new way to shine at their current job. They work in high-octane environments where the demands are endless, but their curiosity, people-centric nature, and hunger to succeed make them stand out.

I have the cutest Cavapoo named Ailey, and he’s a natural at making people smile. When he was a puppy, I noticed how drawn he was to people and how much joy he brought to everyone around him. In 2023, I began volunteering with New York Therapy Animals, and seeing the comfort Ailey brings to people during their toughest moments is so fulfilling. If you haven’t guessed it already, I’m driven by helping people—whether it’s through coaching or a wagging tail.

I typically gatekeep this place, but if you made it this far you’re part of my circle. I would go back to Kamalame Cay in the Bahamas any chance I get. The ocean breeze, the seclusion, and the exclusivity make it feel like your own private island. It’s the perfect escape for disconnecting from the chaos of the world like us high-achievers need to do every once in a while.

You’ll find me unwinding on my couch with my fiancé, Daniel, and my dog, Ailey. Sometimes it’s quiet moments together, and other times it’s paired with bucatini from L’Artusi and a good film on Netflix. For me, these simple moments are what balance the excitement of my professional life.

The Mountain Is You by Brianna Wiest. This book holds a special place for me because one of my clients recommended it, sharing how deeply it impacted her journey. It’s a profound, actionable guide to overcoming self-sabotage and unlocking your true potential—you might like it?

I love helping people and sharing actionable insights in ways that feel personal and real. I do this through my newsletter, The Operator's Edge, where I share success tips and tricks learned firsthand and through my clients—delivered with the candor of a best friend.
I also co-host The Impactful Conversations Effect podcast, where my co-host and I dive into the pivotal conversations that shaped our guests’ professional lives.
HERE’S WHAT I LIVE BY
01
Authenticity
The most effective leaders aren't performing a version of leadership they learned somewhere else. They're clear about how they think, what they value, and how they communicate. My work helps clients build that clarity so they can show up with consistency and confidence, not just in high-stakes moments, but every day.
02
EXCELLENCE
Excellence isn't about working harder. It's about understanding what actually drives results at each level and operating accordingly. I hold myself and my clients to a high standard because the work requires it. Vague effort doesn't create advancement. Precise thinking and clear communication do.
03
IMPACT
Impact isn't a feeling. It's what happens when your work is understood, positioned, and connected to outcomes that matter to the business. That's what I help clients build: the ability to translate strong work into visible, recognized contribution.
