I spent a decade in the tech industry, maneuvering my way up the ladder from an IC (individual contributor) to the executive level in just 5 years. Now, I am part of the Coaching team at Reworkit, a transformational coaching company. At Reworkit, I spend my time helping others achieve their career goals.

I work with clients who want to level up in their current roles and, eventually, secure a promotion. My method:
Goal identification: We identify the skills you need to develop
Strategize: We identify opportunities to “wow” your internal stakeholders and key decision makers in your organization.
Execution: I work with you on tactical day to day items to ensure you’re bringing your best.

I work with clients who have either started a new job at a new company or shifted to a new role within their current company to master the new skills needed to succeed in a new role. My method:
Goal identification: We set 1-2 goals for you in your new role and we identify skills you need to master to achieve those goals
Planning: We map out an action plan for your the next 6 months
Execution: You work against the plan with my guidance and feedback. We make adjustments as necessary with the goal of you feeling in control of your career and your professional successes

I support clients with their job search. Whether you’re currently employed and ready for your next move or are in between jobs, I work to ensure that you’re on track to land your dream job. My service includes:
