My name is Ashley.

I’m a Performance Coach and former tech executive based in New York City. I work with high-performing individuals and business leaders to uncover their strengths and hit business targets.

If you’re reading this page, you are probably curious to know a little bit more about me and why I’m the right person to help you achieve your goals.

You’re likely someone with an impressive professional track record, maybe you’ve been promoted a few times and have even earned the respect of your peers and stakeholders. But something doesn’t feel quite right. You want more from your career, or maybe you want something different but you just don’t know what that looks like. Maybe you even feel silly for having these thoughts, because your work life is pretty good (aside from the occasional times of stress, that are nagging at you with a bit more frequency these days…).

This is all normal. You’re not alone.

I work with high-performers and business leaders just like you.

I discovered my passion for coaching after spending my career climbing my way up the corporate ladder. When I worked in tech, I went from an IC (individual contributor) to a VP, in just 5 years. I know what it feels like to be the only woman in the room, to be the youngest in the room, to push for innovation in a room full of colleagues that are happy with the status quo. I encountered multiple failures before figuring out an approach that was effective and it’s what got me promoted 4x. More importantly, my approach also authentic to me. My approach helped me become a successful tech executive and lead incredibly productive, engaged, and happy teams.

Now, I coach high-performers who want more out of their careers and to achieve their goals.

My performance coaching journey with each client begins with a deep understanding of their unique goals and desired outcomes at the business or individual level. Through a blend of tailored strategies and frameworks, positive mindset cultivation, and flexible, high-touch support, I guide clients like you towards their desired outcomes. Under my guidance, my clients have achieved significant milestones including up-skilling and transforming entire leadership teams, successfully navigating workplace challenges and complex relationship dynamics, securing job offers, and landing coveted promotions.

Here’s what my clients have to say about my coaching:

My client Blair came to me when she was ready for a change in her career. She loved her work and her company, but wanted more out of her career. We worked together to identify her strengths, pinpoint potential opportunities to capitalize on her unique talents, and outline a clear plan for her career that she felt excited about. The result? She landed her dream job in just a few months.

I reached out to Ashley at a time in my career when I needed guidance and someone to remind me how much I have to offer. I am extremely hard on myself and felt like I was in a rut in my career, Ashley was truly exceptional to work with and reminded me constantly to believe in myself. Ashley is expert at listening to you and truly understanding what you are passionate about and skilled at and then coming up with a strategy to get you into roles that utilize those skills and passions.

Ashley is flexible and understanding, her wealth of knowledge in the education technology space and corporate environments makes her a skilled coach and knowledgable advocate. Ashley was uplifting and direct, I appreciated her approach to coaching and her expert advice about navigating a career search.

With Ashley's expert help I was able to expand my network, update my materials, work on my outreach strategies, build confidence in my career trajectory, and this all resulted in several interviews and ultimately a new role with a significant salary increase and leadership advancement opportunity. — Blair K.

My client Ronda came to me at a crossroads, unable to get a groundbreaking strategic project approved by executive leadership. She knew it was the right direction for the company, had an execution plan, and a business plan in tow. But she wasn’t able to secure buy-in — which is critical in pitching something new. We worked together on her pitch, her supporting materials, and her presentation style/executive presence. Her proposal was unanimously approved.

  • "Ashley was able to help me think creatively and strategically through workplace challenges that were directly tied to my career progression in my organization. Her support and advice were precise, timely, and spot on. She was effective and helped me impress the right people. After the end of our initial engagement, I achieved all of the goals I had and was able to successfully get a major strategy approved. I look forward to working with her in the future and she comes highly recommended!" — Ronda Z.

My client Laura came to me in need of support with her job search. Laura ran a successful consulting business but decided a pivot into full-time work was a better fit for her current needs. We worked together to revise her resume and cover letter, prep for interviews, re-engage her network, and navigation compensation negotiations. The end result? Laura had an offer in hand after just 3 coaching sessions with me.

  • “Ashley's confidence in me gave me more confidence in myself! I can't say enough good things about Ashley. She's genuinely energetic and cheerful, took a real interest in my specific journey and needs, and adjusted her process and approach to meet me where I needed to be.” — Laura S.

My client Melissa came to me after successfully launching a new edtech product in schools. As a new entrepreneur, she needed my advisory and support with pricing her products and coming up with a viable strategy for scaling her business in the next school year. I worked closely with her to develop a pricing strategy catered to her unique needs and her desired goals and created bespoke training materials and frameworks for her to leverage in conversations with customers.

  • “Ashley was wonderful. Super thorough and on point. I appreciated her honesty, confidence, and knowledge. She understood and heard my concerns and was very in tune with me and my goals.” — Melissa S.
